GoBabyGo socks in merino wool are made of soft merino wool, comfortable to wear, ensuring good mobility and warmth for the child. Merino wool is temperature-regulating, and in warm environments, it will dissipate heat away from the body, preventing the child from sweating and staying dry, while in cold environments, it retains the heat the body emits, keeping the child warm. Additionally, merino wool has a sun-protective effect and acts as a natural UV filter. Merino wool can also absorb up to 30% of its weight in water without feeling wet.
GoBabyGo socks in merino wool with non-slip pads under the soles and on the toes make the child more stable when tumbling around and taking its first steps, while also keeping the feet warm on cold floors.
GoBabyGo non-slip socks have been tested and approved for harmful substances and are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certified.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a guarantee that the product has been checked for the presence of harmful chemicals, and only human-ecological textiles have been used, ensuring no harmful effects on human health and well-being.

Merino wool has a unique ability to refresh itself using the acid in the air and naturally repels dirt, so merino wool products do not need to be washed as often. The excellent properties of merino wool come from its natural fat content. Merino wool fiber contains lanolin. If washed with a universal detergent that effectively removes fat, the lanolin and thus the beneficial properties of merino wool disappear. There are many merino wool wash products on the market, but we recommend looking for the Swan Label and/or the Asthma-Allergy Label to ensure an allergy-friendly wash.
